Privacy
What this website does with your information, in plain words.

Browsing this website
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising trackers, and loads nothing from other companies: no Google fonts, maps or scripts. Our web server keeps standard access logs (your IP address, the page you asked for and your browser type) for security and to fix problems. They're kept for a limited time and then deleted.
Links to Instagram, Facebook, Google and Apple Maps take you to those companies' own sites, where their privacy policies apply.
The contact form
When you send the contact form, your name, email address, phone number (if you give one) and message are emailed to our studio inbox so we can reply. The website itself doesn't keep a copy. We keep the email for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any booking that follows.
To stop spam, the website briefly keeps a count of how many messages have been sent from each connection. It's stored as a scrambled code that can't be turned back into your IP address, and it's deleted within a day.
We use your details only to reply to you. We don't add you to a mailing list or share them with anyone else.
Consent forms
Consent forms for piercings are handled separately, with their own privacy notice.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email us and we'll respond within a month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
